酒店工作人员服务态度很好 我们半夜到的第二天能延迟到两点退房 并且升级到套房 中午就在一楼有午餐吃 很便利 还有小酒馆 房间衞生整洁乾净！

在昆明住的一晚酒店，房间特别的小，洗手间和淋浴是玻璃的，也比较小。空调的声音也很大，走廊里的空气也不太清新。感觉价格稍微虚高。。地理位置还不错?

这次入住翠湖欢阁酒店的入住体验超预期！酒店坐落於翠湖旁边，步行可达云南大学，翠湖和陆军讲武堂，闹中取静的位置很适合出游住。前台服务高效又贴心，会拉服务羣，主动推荐周边游玩路线，大厅有不同种类的温热花茶提供。
客房设计兼具质感与实用性，房间温馨，打扫得乾净，床垫和枕头很舒适。智能控制系统能一键调节灯光、窗帘，淋浴设施出水顺畅，洗漱备品品质在线。
早餐中西结合种类丰富，深夜还有免费宵夜。尤其是本地特色米粉很地道。提供的咖啡也很好喝。
隔音很好，虽然在一楼，但关门後听不见大厅的声音。还有洗衣房和健身房，商务出行或休闲旅游都很合适。
性价比很高，下次来昆明还会选择这里。

房间非常乾净，前台小姐姐非常热情，服务周到，早餐品种丰富，中西餐俱全，水果也很新鲜，并且有民族特色早餐，而且提供消夜，美味可口。令人意外的是退房後还给了小礼品，非常惊喜。酒店在翠湖对面，随时可以去翠湖游玩，极其方便。?
