酒店非常的安静，临时决定到昆明，仓促间订的，房间还是大，就是地毯太脏了，卫生间太小，整体感觉就是以前的招待所装修了一下，不过性价比还是不错

酒店位置在大观楼附近，步行去公园也就10多分钟，大约1公里，内部设施不错，够得上三星级标准， 收费标准也算公道，饭菜口味大众化易接受，早餐不算丰富但足够选择，服务人员也算热情，晚上还送果盘。楼外停车方便，位置较多，管理也严密。不足之处，一是附近地段容易塞车，自驾过来不方便，周围公交车虽多，但除了大观楼，其它景点都不能直接前往。二是退房时有些收费项目令人惊异，刮胡刀和一次性马桶坐垫仅仅是拿起来看了一下，根本没有拆封，就收了费用，据说依据是移动了位置，不在原位置摆放即算使用。我们本着出来玩不求生气的原则未计较，希望后来的住客自行注意，拿取东西前先拍照记得原位置。为了这些小事计较实在不值得，但确实非常影响住客体验。
