提前预付房费，到酒店后被前台没好气的告知“没有单间，预付也是没有单间”，后告诉她没有就升级房型，前台又说有一间。然后这个前台又一副死鱼脸说二楼ktv,晚上会吵。
请你们这个酒店注意：我在这住过不下5次，有这种员工，或者你们对于已经预付房费的客人区别对待，祝你们早日关门大吉!
