一个四星级别以上的酒店，从进门开始，就没让我感受到良好的服务。
登记入住够，前往房间要绕很长一段路，当中有一半是石子路，而且需要数次上下楼梯。带路的服务员如同僵尸，面无表情走在前面，行李都不懂帮忙提一下。
餐厅的服务也是，叫了几次都装作没听见。
酒店的环境不错，但是设置很不合理，不合理就算了，也没想办法弥补。
差评。

我们住的抚泉小舍2楼 没有电梯很麻烦 幸好酒店小哥人很好帮我们拿 就是房间太小了 浴池还不错

不得不说本酒店生意很好，园景绿化也很好，但是美中不足的是房间设施陈旧，潮湿味道大，最便宜的房间也要四百多，但是住了真的觉得不值那个价，要做的好做的长久就要表里如一，表面光鲜亮丽是留不住人的，希望让人不留遗憾，这都是我个人意见和建议，希望有待提高游客的舒适度，把房间做的再细致一些，祝生意兴隆，希望下次有机会再来～

早餐不错，孩子很喜欢泡温泉，人很少，可惜温泉池子有些少，不过有室内池，还是很方便的，离民族村和滇池都算近，还不错
