现在艺龙预订的是标间，下单成功却被告知无房，回头又预订大床房，成功了！入住时被告知大床房的窗户是内窗，要求换有外窗的房间，却又给换了标间！请问艺龙和酒店双方：有标间为何不给预订？标间和大床房的差价该怎么处理？

老牌星级酒店，房间略小，配置倒还齐全，离世博园约400米，早餐值得点赞，入住期间，因在酒店内购买世博园门票发生一点意外，但其大堂经理迅速处理，还算满意，员工服务热情，看得出酒店在软件方面颇下了功夫，也算弥补了硬件上的不足。
