非常差的酒店，服务差地段差设施差。办理入住说没有订单，终于搞清楚了办入住不能刷信用卡预授权，终于进房间一股白花油的味，卫生间气味特别重。12月冬天入住，打空调制热模式吹了一个晚上冷风，第二天电话问才知道总控没开热风。酒店带的早餐是下面承包出去的一个餐厅做的，非常简陋。退房时说卡机坏了只能去上面一个娱乐城刷卡，付了钱说发票打印机坏了打不了发票，也不提出解决方案，让前台找经理解决，一个小时都不见经理来，期间几次和前台沟通，前台不搭理不回应，要了经理的号码打过去，经理说她已经告知前台怎么解决了，她根本没过来，害我们白等了一个小时，大概就想着我们赶时间就不等走人了，在我们的坚持下，又等了几十分钟，经理来了，说机器坏了打不了发票，也不提供解决方案，然后就是沉默，我们要求机器修好了发票寄过来，到现在一个星期了也没有收到。非常不推荐入住。

朋友出差，帮朋友定的。本来打算定另一家的，但是由于房型调整，把之前定好的给取消了，所以又定了这家。还好吧！
