总体来说饭店挺不错，但是饭店一楼和院内有服装特卖会，人挺多，比较乱，但是我住的楼层高，基本没有影响。

在酒店的画册中看到一篇文章,22年前一个瑞士男青年在酒店邂逅在此弹钢琴的云南姑娘,并终成眷属,他们一家只要是回到昆明就要到此光顾.另外有许多中外名人也在此下榻.从这里我们可以感到酒店的历史,文化,透着浪漫,有着大气.我在昆明路过住了一晚,感觉的确不错,从一开始接站的司机师傅,前台大厅的服务员,门童行李员,打扫卫生的人员都很就和蔼亲切认真,由于我们10点多到的,前一天全都满房,所以在大堂等了40分钟,可见大家对酒店的认可,我们第二天早晨6点多去机场,(7点以后才有免费的)服务生给叫的士,总体挺好.另酒店赠双早,因走的早,没时间吃,餐厅要7点开始,当时服务生正在摆盘,想带一点餐盒袋子都没有,要是能有打包早餐就更好了.
