住过昆明好多酒店，住金房宫是第一次，来住之前有点担心，入住之后全无负担，酒店干净舒适，床和枕头都舒服，洗漱分离没有什么异味，前台小姐姐也很好的，早餐有中餐和西餐口味能满足大多数人的口味需求，附近交通也方便，好吃的店都离得不远

很正规的一家商务酒店，有自己的停车场，自营的中餐厅。就在二环路边上，自驾出入方便。周边是成熟社区吃喝玩乐也方便，极力推荐！

早餐很一般，吃了三天感觉有点吃不下去！房屋很宽敞，而且是智能的，这点很赞！卫生间设计很合理，脸盆、洗澡和坐便都是分开的，很给力！但缺点是被褥太潮了，也许是天气的原因，自己带床品了，还是潮！再就是卫生间反味太大了，虽然最后一晚把下水道堵上了，但依然有味！服务还可以！

是因为来考雅思住在这里的 酒店的基础设施都很好 服务也很好 离开的时候因为粗心把重要的单词本落在了房间里 打扫的阿姨还给前台打电话提醒我 真的很感谢?? 来昆明考雅思住这里真的很合适了 建议酒店可以提供专供考试的特价房 并且加大宣传为考生提供相关的去财大的节省时间的路线引导 最后祝酒店生意兴隆
