帮爸妈订了回云南探亲的酒店，爸妈指定一定要住这一间，说之前住过经验非常好，早餐丰富又好吃，服务人员热情，房间房况又好??今早退房时发生一件乌龙，爸妈到火车站才发现爸爸手机不见，看了手机定位在金泉大酒店内，定位位置都没有移动过，推断是掉在房间忘了拿，使用trip.com app附设的免费通话功能打给大厅人员马上就有人接听了，过程中来回打了约10通电话，服务人员都很热心积极帮我们寻找手机，最后房务人员在房间内顺利找到手机??真的万分感谢酒店人员，有您们真好，日后到云南一定唯一指定住这里??推荐给大家??

我帮客人订酒店，客人离店之后，我电话联系酒店开票。酒店让我联系入住人，由入住人和他们联系才给我开票。这不是扯淡吗？我在昆明第一次遇到这种神奇的前台，你不会是其他酒店派来的卧底，得要搅黄老板的生意吧。我説加前台微信，把我订酒店的确认函，以及付款记录发给前台看，前台就不是不认，必须要联系入住人，咋的，你要找男朋友呀。***真的是遇得到你这种神奇的物种。

这次在昆明旅居期间，前后入住了四家酒店，居住时间最长的就是这家。作为一家四星级酒店，首先它的装修风格是我喜欢的，房间家俱古朴、乾净，床品舒适；其次，我去所有景点都是乘坐公共交通工具，而酒店地处核心地段，不论地铁还是公交车，出行都很方便。同时从它所在的人民东路，步行可达昆明博物馆、真庆观等地点，这些景点虽超出了我的昆明打卡清单，但都没有让我失望。
酒店员工积极敬业，各项服务也令人非常满意，甚至提供自助洗衣服务，这是星级酒店很少能做到的，性价比非常高。
虽然还有可以提高的地方（比如淋浴间的清洁还可以更好），如果再到昆明，我还愿意选择这家酒店，并向大家推荐。

得知昆明有个金泉大酒店，因为有缘特地打卡体验一下，前台小姐姐们服务很好！就是值班经理欠差欠差的给予批评，但不影响我给予实事求是的评分。早餐48元一份绝对很好，是我二年来住高端4星级的酒店中最好的，真的很好，也好吃，今早餐寸好多客人赞扬，我也点赞一个。房间乾净整洁的！

I stayed ten days in total in this hotel and am very happy with my stay. Excellent location (ten minutes walk to the metro stop, and walking distance from central Kunming), varied and yummy breakfast, good pool as well. Had two different rooms, both ok and good value. Service was excellent. There’s a restaurant downstairs which is not bad, and you can buy meats and bakery in the attached shops downstairs (I ate KM rose cakes every day!). Highly recommended.

房间虽小但是舒适乾净整洁设施齐全。特别是服务员很贴心，每天做好衞生还提示住客注意事项。提供牙刷套，水果刀，下午茶点心。晚上有需要还送上热牛奶。酒店自助早餐食品很多种，既有云南特色美食还有中西风味美食。酒店位置优越交通方便也安静。更值得一提的是酒店的地质文化主题展出的各种矿石对了解云南地质文化非常有益！

We arrived early and hotel is kind to try get us a room before 3pm. Suggested where to eat before we return for the room.
Evening time, they provided a hot milk for us. In same hotel at high floor, has an excellent massage service.
