距离云南大学，翠湖，还有云南陆军讲堂很近，出行挺方便的。吃饭可以走到云南大学的美食街，各种各种的店铺，丰俭由人，价格合理。但是这是一家民宿，没有电梯，行李可以让前台找人搬，但是最不好的是，天花板有老鼠，晚上会有声音。。。

这个酒店优点就是离翠湖真的很近，早晚可以逛逛，11月红嘴鸥从西伯利亚来过冬，湖山很多鸟。但是酒店确实不怎么样，网上预订的，大床单间，价格200多，住在一楼就算了，关键是窗户外旁边一米就是一个小房子，估计是酒店的工具间，来往都是人，你说怎么叫人安心睡觉，更不要说啪啪啪了。房间小，隔音太差，门下面那么大条缝隙。连个拖鞋都没，只有凉拖还带水的。房间连个大灯都没，光线不行，需要打开所有台灯才够亮。厕所的厕纸质量能不能好点，都开到手上了。床个人觉得太软，睡得腰酸。另外，入住这天正好恒大亚冠决赛第二轮，我感觉电视机比我还激动，一到关键时候画面直跳，信号不好。总之一句话，性价比严重不足。

房间设计和图片一样，洗浴是浴缸也不错。就是没看到湖景，但是离翠湖确实很近走个大概五分钟就到，而且去正义路也方便走过去十来分钟，床特别舒服。酒店没有电梯只有楼梯所以带着俩箱子爬楼有点小累。

无电梯，都是中式设计，感觉像家庭旅馆。主要是距离翠湖很近很近。

房子那是超级小，装饰很古典古旧，房间有奇怪的声音，名字很纳闷周围给楼包的严严实实哪来的湖景？？？离翠湖是很近
