生平第一次遇到这么差的酒店，现在是网络普及时代，无线网络是基础，可这家酒店迟迟连不上网，两三层公用，设施设备连客栈都不如，水龙头快散架、盆浴很脏无盖，床很硬，都塌陷了，说是供暖可住三天感冒了，还有门，真是惨不忍睹，可能敲了很多次，有一天里外都打不开门，让我足足等了一个小时，修理工撬锁开门，修理工很是有礼貌，可是可恶的酒店负责人一个丑肥婆，连基本的常识都不懂，素质比修理工还差，不知这个酒店如何管理的，尽有这种负责人，真为酒店惋惜，丢昆明的脸。(离翠湖近）尽有这种管理人。不知这些好评哪里来的??不信来图，千万不要住这酒店！

真的是很老的酒店，设施对偶比较旧了。唯一可以表扬的就是餐饮送餐还蛮快的，而且味道不错。很多点评说前台服务好之类的我只有一个感觉：办事特别慢！特别慢
