前台服务太差，预定后到店要求交现金支付定金，没有现金酒店不予处理，向酒店寻求帮助，酒店前台一直推脱说没有办法，微信预定的订单也不能取消。

翠怡酒店的早餐性价比是比较合适的。包含简单的中餐，西餐，云南地方小吃。冷热菜式，粥饭奶茶，米粉、咖啡不一而足，保证能吃饱，吃的舒舒服服。早餐厅，同时也是午餐和晚餐的所在，做的也很认真很好吃，只是客人相对太少。

因为交通便利，所以在这里继续住了下去。酒店是09年重新装修的，从当时看来还是比较高的装修标准，使用的也是美标的洁具。但是十年后的今天，木质结构的装修已经出现了严重的问题，马桶盖也是没有缓冲的，一不小心就会乒乓作响。

选择翠怡酒店，主要是考虑其位于翠湖附近，交通便利，四通八达。300余元的适中房价，中规中矩的房间布置，基本上能做到适用。房间可申请加床。停车位也比较方便。

交通方便，离潘家湾地铁站5分钟步行路程。周边餐饮无忧，还有沃尔玛超市。离翠湖公园也不远。酒店设施不错，早餐也非常好，价格在舒适型酒店中不算非常贵。推荐！
