服務員質素有異，住了三天，頭一天的房間沒有冷氣，而且床單有東西咬一樣，跟服務員說想換空調，得到的回應是空調只會在晚上8點到凌晨的1點鐘開，不能換，但第二天換了另一間房間，冷氣卻整天都開著。 這次旅行，實在太難忙，因為要坐很早的飛機，所以 麻煩了酒店的服務員幫忙叫車送機場，可是司機太過份，電話號碼xxx 1809 ，遲到，還怪我催他，收費也比其他人貴一倍。如果預約到這位司機，千萬要換其他人。

酒店不错，房间图片比较文艺，是我喜欢的类型，前台服务很好，有急事要走，还全额退款，这次未入住成功，有点小小遗憾哦，下次还会选择贵酒店，值得推荐！！！??
