房间真的是超级大，宽敞乾净，居然还是温泉水，房间还配有超大浴缸，是意外的惊喜。服务热情周到，小哥哥小姐姐説话都超温柔。很满意。

酒店占地面积很大，里面绿化很好，早餐不错，服务也很好。楼房建筑非常大气。酒店房间也很乾净整洁，就是太老旧了些，有点跟不上时代的感觉。非常需要重新装修一下。

来昆明跑马拉松，选了起点附近的酒店，有点像会议中心，酒店服务较好，説了房间有点冷马上提供了供暖设施。园区环境优雅，可散步…设施稍显老旧，床上的毯子掉毛有些严重，坐上去会掀起绒絮，也会沾到裤子上…

这家酒店在携程上显示四星级酒店，但是，实际上三星标准都不到，一进门刺激的发霉味道，毛巾、床单等都洗不出来的灰色了，房间灯光昏暗，电话是坏的，无线网络信号差，总之，价格是四星级的标准，各项设施都达不到四星标准，大家避坑吧

是为了去看海鸥订的，离海埂大坝倒很近，步行即可，酒店也挺大，但里面设施什么确实需要维护，比较简陋，窗帘都是坏的，性价比不高
