服务态度将就。住的家庭房，小床房间无窗，味道重。一般星级酒店做免费升级房型很常态，何况是酒店自身问题。但是给出的解决方案是加50元住隔壁，都有窗。觉得服务意识不是很强。所以退房重新预订其他酒店。昆明700元一晚的价格，还是味道重的房型，所以性价比不高。家庭房不推荐入住。住了这么多的星级酒店家庭房，这家是最差的。其实现在觉得，与其在不同城市间挑选星级酒店，不如住比较稳定的连锁型酒店。否则，建议网络预订后查看房间后再做决定是否真的入住。
