酒店位于城市中心，我们动车抵达，打车到酒店就十几分钟车程（昆明站出站口交通管制严格，要跟司机联系好上车地点），昆明站出站也可以坐地铁，顺着北京路直走几百米到环城南路站上车，到东风广场下车D出口出来后走二三百米就到酒店（地铁里的D出口要经过一段路人不多）。酒店是洲际旗下假日品牌，风格简约舒适，因酒店是老建筑改造，原有建筑框架结构决定了酒店内空间比较紧凑，酒店从设计上尽量去弥补空间感的不足。前台员工服务规范、主动，办理入住比较顺畅。酒店客房传承假日特色，干净整洁舒适。枕头菜单有特色，直接在枕套绣上硬枕或软枕。客房服务有惊喜，一是为孩子准备了孩童拖鞋，二是客房服务注意关注客人需求，客房服务员细心观察发现客人对饮用水需求较大，因此多放了两瓶矿泉水各客人，发现客人卫生间厕纸用量较大，特别多放置了一卷厕纸，和手抽纸，为这些贴心的服务点赞👍。可以提升的地方，一是建议更加关注孩童服务，孩子常会因为一个贴心的服务记住一家酒店（比如孩子会记得有的酒店前台给每位入住的孩子一颗棒棒糖），虽然假日品牌主要针对商务客人，但是现在家庭出游比例增长很快，需要关注这部分客源。二是客房服务很贴心，如果可以加上便签服务给客人留言效果就更好了。三是酒店空调系统反应较慢，调温后房间内气温下降较慢，但是到深夜就会觉得冷。酒店总控开关设置不够专业。总之，这是一家不错的酒店，值得推荐。
