4月30日晚入住的，价格很合算，五一就贵了，火车站走过来十多分钟，大堂很气派，前台直接给升到了商务大床房，房间虽然不大，但设施比较齐全，卫生间有直饮水龙头，另外还送了两瓶饮用水。有浴缸，淋浴花洒要从浴缸里抽出来，开始赵了很久还以为没有淋浴，浴帘一定要放在浴缸内沿，不然卫生间地上都是水。洗脸盆的下水筛子开关在龙头后面，这个也找了会。其他体验都挺好，早餐在8楼自助餐厅，食物非常丰富，中西都有，个别点心凉掉了，如果有特价还会去住。

酒店位置好，无锡站出来步行仅10分钟即到。到各商业中心均较近，核心商务区步行6~7分钟。到各景点都有直达公交。接待入住手续很快，上午9点半到即可入住，赞。卫生可以，设施已陈旧，卫生间有下水道有异味溢出，通风后可消除。房间不大，沙发较实用舒适。早餐可以，西点不多，中式品种较多，有现煮面条。进口大门边堆有建筑垃圾，有损酒店形象。

位置好，交通方便一6点多到店较早，客房紧张。前台人员为照顾老年人，积极协调并升级，尽快给我们安排好客房，很是感动！卫生和早餐都挺好。但街上的出租车不愿打表，要价高。

地理位置不错，出门不远就是人民路，中山路，崇安寺附近。
定的房间略小，设施旧了点。但还是很干净。
洗浴时，溅水多了，让服务生又打扰了一遍。
早餐中规中矩，凭房卡晚餐有优惠。

不错，非常好就是马拉松赛事价格涨了，前台服务有点不太开心，入住时说好的跑马拉松的可以延时到下午三点退房，结果第二天换个人说我是网上订的必须两点前退房
