酒店设施老了些，但可以理解，毕竟也有20多年了，03年重新装修了一次，现在又准备重新装修了！早餐自助很丰盛，前台还送了蠡园的门票（含船票），很好的服务！离市中心非常近！晚上逛个商场很不错

还四星级酒店真的名不副实。酒店大堂的洗手间也破的不能再破，门面都做得不好。三十度的天气空调是坏的，虽然升级了房间但早晨七点多就有施工砸墙的声音。前台服务员一点也不热情，八楼早餐的服务员态度更是冷漠，和骄傲，根本没有礼貌。六楼的炒菜餐厅更是孤傲，也不安排座位，态度极其嚣张，也不知道到底谁是客人，根本没有服务精神。客房服务员很负责，服务很好。 总之，入住该酒店完全没有宾至如归的感觉。非常遗憾和失望。

服务态度很好，房间设施有些陈旧。看别人评价行政楼装修过，就定了行政房，结果设施也有些旧。不过看起来干净整洁。
