古色古香，房间有股强烈的劣质清香剂的味道，这点令人发指，不知道是要遮盖什么气味。设施一般，厕所干湿不分。洗完澡厕所只能趟水进入。设施很一般。400的价位也只能开在旅游景点周围做一次性生意了。

4年前住过一次，好位置，有特色，留下了好印象，所以这次会带着一帮朋友来住第二次。这次酒店大概生意太好，18点前必须到达的规定和艺龙协调过么?艺龙怎么没通知顾客?原因我不清楚，但我们19点左右到时前台小姑娘说来晚了订的房间没了，只能住高级房。第二天我拿出艺龙的订单问这事酒店还是艺龙解决，小姑娘说都不用找，自己解决，无奈电话艺龙，很快解决。这个酒店不会再住第三次了。

和朋友一家来云南旅游，前台是重庆小伙，顿时倍感亲切，小伙儿很好给安排了三楼也就是顶楼的房间。上楼一看，房间的旁边有两个大露台，太好了，行李一放我们就坐到了露台的椅子上聊天，真的很惬意，要是来点啤酒和音乐，那感觉好得不要不要滴。不过，也有很不满意的地方，具体如下:1，房间太小，箱子放在过道上都没法通行，厕所很小，没有干湿分区，洗了澡地面很滑，很容易摔倒。2，无线网不给力，几乎无用。3，我们那个房间的毛巾架掉下来了，工作人员来看了也表示没法修，好吧，我们的毛巾没地方放了。4.床头没有插座
