是网上预订的特价，入住的时候要求高一点的楼层，被告知特价只能住2楼。想想也没事。但是郁闷了，旁边住的都是旅行团。晚上很晚入住，吵了一阵，第二天凌晨早早要出门，5点半-6点，又闹腾一阵。原定住三天，实在受不了，住了两天就退房。建议：商务（我又是常客）客人是不是可以考虑跟旅行团分开。

总体不错，很好。就是有楼层的区分，一到三层只有卷纸，没有抽纸和鞋擦，搞不清楚是因为在网站订的，价格便宜才如此还是酒店自身的规定。
