整栋楼是办公、住家户及宾馆混杂在一起，公寓式宾馆，洗漱是电热水器热水不够用，房间隔音很差（睡眠浅的人容易被吵醒），尤其是停车自费本人二十多年出行还是第一次遇到，358的房费宾馆还不给出停车费，前台服务员态度很差，态度生硬地说停车费需由本人出不怕我对其差评，停在万达地下停车场一晚上收了**42元的停车费，真是吭人！如果不是在同程网上预订先付了房费，本人绝对不会入住这家宾馆，看来是主打做网上生意的不愁客源的心态，强烈向广大网友不推荐入住这家宾馆！尤其是自驾游的网友！
