房间很臭，不通风，前台服务态度差，早餐品种少，并且不好吃，再次强调，前台的态度就像是别人欠她八千万一样，全程脸臭，设施方面，陈旧。

我是因为考试在旁边才定的这家酒店，后悔没看网友的评论，但是我想我是最惨的那个人！一开始前台和我们饶说没定，后来说看到是携程上定的！就因为是团购就这种整我？下面容我细细道来。首先，设施很一般，然后灯坏的，卫生间门坏的，没有吹风机，没有热水（只有温水）这么热的天没热水说不过去吧，最后你看到的所有东西都要钱，对没错，水也要钱，就是喝的水！这些都无所谓了，但是让我无法忍受的是竟然把我们房间安排到3楼会议室旁边第一间，会议室里有类似传销组织的在开会，对，洗脑那种，开会还唱歌，对，就是叫口号那种，晚上一点还在叫，早上7点多又叫！好像是电商的那种销售开会，第二天要考试让我一晚上没睡好！我就奇怪为什么旁边的住户不提意见，原来会议室旁边的人全是那个销售组织的，而且我还想说连人家销售组织都不愿意要的会议室旁边的第一间房为什么要安排给我们！没房间的话可以跟我们说，我们也不差那点钱，这辈子活到这么大住的最差的一次酒店，酒店的设施环境是小问题，而扰民是大问题，不管你们酒店承接了些什么住户，但是胡乱安排就不对了，我不相信前台不知道开会的那些人会严重影响我们休息，也希望管理层看到好好整治下员工的问题
