酒店位于市中心，交通便利，房间设施齐全，干净卫生。就是二楼餐厅的服务态度极差。今天下午一点半进昆明，遇到的都是不愉快的人和事，四年前来，没有这么差的感觉，进酒店停车场，一辆云A的车停在进口路边等人，就是不让出进场的路线，还是一个女司机；去二楼餐厅吃饭，无论是迎宾小姐还是服务员，态度冷淡生硬，非常不友好；从翠湖出来打的去金碧坊，云AT0281也是一个女司机，故意绕行，还非得说是单行线，请问当地人，从讲武堂南边科技中心东北们上车为何不能沿翠湖南路右转，非得绕到园通街走青年路。但酒店的前台还是不错的
