每次来昆明都入住这家酒店，这次是让我最不满意的一次，因为同行的小孩没带身份证，前台却一定要出示身份证才能给早餐券，对这种挨老壳的前台我也是醉了，房间里不知酒店方面是为了节约用水还是怎么的，把面盆水龙头的出水口换成了花撒式的出水方式，而且还堵塞了很多出水孔，能出水的也就只那么点了，一开龙头濺一身的水，水流小得连双袜子都洗不了，以后再来昆明要考虑是否还住这里了。

到了酒店，櫃臺服務人員態度不佳，說是找不到訂單，又說滿房，每日還要漲價一百。透過藝龍溝通才給了房。到了要退房時，要前臺給份收據，居然說沒有收據？服務人員態度還很強勢！這種服務是應當的嗎？這是欺負客人嗎？？
