优点：位置好，闹中取静，地铁公交都很方便，周围吃饭店很多，附近还有几个便利店。房间够大，隔音还行（我定的是朝里的，前台说园景房会看到医院，推荐了我朝街的），翻新没多久感觉硬件配套还不错，卫生情况也不错。
缺点：国庆期间恰逢昆明降温，但是没有热空调（问了一下说还没有调试）；房间里虽然有菜单，但是楼下餐厅基本上都无法提供；管道设计有问题，连续两天起码放了十分钟的冷水（服务员说因为用的人少），台盆的水量一直很小。入住的第一间房间通风坏了，没法修，所以只有换房。
另外，最后一天傍晚回房，有保洁人员在房间里说是擦衣柜下面的地方，吓了我一跳

房间不大，但干净整洁。中央空调供暖，热水很好，前台服务人员很热心，整体不错，下次还会入住。

总体感受还算好吧，毕竟是在欠发达的云南！在网上预定的，可是等晚上到了办入住的时候，前台的两个小伙子找不到订单信息，但是还是让我先入住了。不过刚一住下就发生了事故——酒店配的衣挂质量差强人意，把衣挂洗一下的时候手被划破了！
