军队办的宾馆，附近有沃尔玛超市，购物就餐非常方便，宾馆门口就是机场巴士站，交通便捷，卫生干净，安全。离昆明主要商业街南屏街也不远，坐公交3站底，比较方便，周边有不少餐厅饭店，离昆明翠湖公园步行15分钟。
