酒店虽然装修不是太新，但完全超值了。干净卫生而且交通便利，位置在市中心，购物逛街休闲很方便。早餐也很丰富。尤其需要表扬的是大堂经理和25层楼的服务员。很贴心的服务。家里小孩不能吹空调，服务员主动送来小风扇。大堂经理也很尽心细心地为旅客解决问题。退房时看到小孩由于上火流鼻血还很关心地让前台送了矿泉水，叮嘱小朋友出门要多喝水。入住一天，点点滴滴都感觉很温馨，这家酒店是用心在做服务。必须点赞，以后还会常来，会推荐给身边的朋友。呵呵，还第一次看见了天边的彩虹，很美。

住过很多酒店，最难忘记、服务最贴心、地理位置最优越的、早餐最丰盛（米线很正宗）、云南本地特色最突出的当数新纪元酒店。前台与客房服务十分好，7月11日入住。本人一件体恤男士短袖放在酒店洗手盆里，我们可爱的客房服务员马忠美给洗好凉干了。令人心暖。酒店出门就是步行街，品美味、购物逛街十分便利。客房及走廊云南风景名胜简介详细，值得入住体验。下次来昆明还会入住，朋友聚会时也会讲述昆百新纪元酒店的美好时光，最后?充一句，距离翠湖也很近，我们一家溜达过去，很适合家庭旅游度假。
