攀昆酒店本来是个好酒店，我也特别喜欢反复来住，从开涨到现在我都非常赞同这个酒店，大前年前年去年我介绍多少亲戚朋友入住，我自己也入住的天数更多，这个月我自己都住了十五天，介绍了十七八朋友入住了，一直几年住下来前台和客房部的服务员都服务态度都非常好，我入住都很满意。前天退房不知遇到一个戴眼境个子短小的男服务员人渣尽然骂我，要求我付半天房费，我从来在网站上订都是可以延到两点退房，前天两点不到要叫我加半天房费都不说，那个人渣还既然说我是在网站上订没付他们现金，酒店的规定不是看网站，网站房费低，凭什么要延迟退房，我想想以后谁还敢在网上订呢，特别这种人渣还要留在这个好酒店。我以后也不会来住，更不会介绍朋友来住，前天真的很气了，那么好的攀昆商务大酒店会出现那么一个人渣，绝对会影响酒店生意。不行大家看着
