直接差到极致，房间刚刚进去的时候没有怎么注意，晚上和朋友回来开灯才发现没有顶灯，黑漆漆的，去前台问是否可以退款，她们说让我联系艺龙，艺龙说前台同意了他们是没有问题的，结果前台一副高高在上的样子，就像是别人差你几个亿一样，即使在不情愿，做服务行业的，最起码的尊重要有。

超级超级失望。比在酒店前台定的贵不说。还不含早餐。房间超级超级不隔音。除了酒店位置好。其他没有一样是可以的。网上都是酒店请的枪手吗？对它的评价这样好。有没有良心。或者是平时对生活都是要求不高的人。真心晕。
