酒店服务人员的服务态度很好，但是房间设施老旧，特别是电视，没有单独闲置电源插座，给手机等电源设备充电不方便。因为酒店在路边的原因，临街的房间晚上有噪音。早餐质量差。总体评价一般。

酒店还可以，价格便宜。整个昆明酒店业的价格水平都不高。
房间每天给免费提供两袋鲜奶。我住这么多酒店，还是第一次遇到。
前台服务生的服务太差，没有丝毫为顾客着想的意识。对他，只能给个差评。
结账时打印发票的打印机坏了，服务员的第一个建议是要我改天再来拿。后来请示领导，才想到可以邮寄。
邮寄的速度倒是很快，当天就接到发票已寄出的短信通知。
