其他都好，建议老板换服务员吧，有为顾客着想的老板，但没有为顾客着想的服务员，会毁酒店名声的。

一分为二地看问题：首先说说缺点，相信着评论的人更在意看不足。缺点有这么三个：1是服务员态度太差，我找不到酒店位置，打电话让她们来出来带我一下，却推说只有一个人在柜台走不了，害我在附近兜了半个小时才找到，找到后让她们出门来带我进停车场，还是同样借口，没办法之下，我把车停在附近自己去找停车场入口，到了之后才发现有两个服务员正在柜台玩手机，停车场内还有一个保安，离我在锦武路第一次打电话时的距离只有不到30米，非常短的距离，非常短的时间，举手之劳就能解决的问题，服务员都不愿做，由此可见柜台服务员态度之差。第2是开关位置设计不合理，并没有集中在床边，需要一个一个地到墙上摸着去开灯关灯，夜间上洗手间非常不方便。第三是房间透气性较差，比较闷。其次，再说一说优点：1人文细节非常好，比如在洗手间放本小人书，有加湿器，拖鞋都用套子装好以示消毒，漱口杯用不同颜色以区别等细节非常人性化和有特色。2是早餐非常丰富，很多三四星酒店都未必有如此奢侈的餐标。3是老板非常在意自已的品牌传播，有健身室就不说了，一次性棉拖做得非常厚实，绣有自己的品牌商标，做得很结实的目的就在于让顾客带走，免费为自己宣传。
