预定了酒店预付了房费到店却说没收到我的订单没有房间了。让我凌晨三点在大厅让我给客服联系而且前台那服务员一脸不愿意的样子，你是在做服务行业就要有为客人服务的心态我还是劝你换个工作辞职算了，不把客人对酒店的印象搞坏了，
