酒店离云大很近，附近小吃也多，酒店环境不错，预定的特价房，无窗，感觉比较闷，此外还定了三个单间，都挺不错。以后有机会还会在此入住。

简直就是欺诈，在网上订的时候是200多一晚，就和同事一起订了四天。结果到了店里被告知住三免一，200多是均价！这什么意思呢？意思就是如果我住不到四天就328一晚上了......当场联络艺龙客服结果却被告知“就是这样，解决不了，你爱哪找哪找去！！” 无奈天色晚了只能住在那里。最后由于工作变动我和同事只住了两天就要离开了结果当然是328一晚上住的。其实钱的损失还是其次，关键酒店和网站的这种服务方式简直太让人无法接受了，想这种买赠之后的均价应该早早以最大字符显示在第一页上面啊！！！！最后客服还是那种态度！！酒店就不用说了，房间超暗，没有顶灯，隔音超差，隔壁房间太吵每天晚上不打电话到前台投诉都没法睡觉！！总值以后再也不会去住了！也不在艺龙订酒店了！指不定哪天又被骗了呢！！！！
