因为没有交预定金超时到酒店被告知无房，其实在预定时间内曾打电话到酒店前台，但因对方信息没有沟通好没有保留房间。幸好前台为我联系了另一家酒店，总算解决住宿，感谢美丽善良的前台小姐。
