宾馆的地理位置极其优越，位于市中心的繁华地段，紧邻昆明火车站。即步行几分钟就能到达地铁站，去南屏街都很方便。不得不称赞酒店的前台和保安，他们服务热情周到，细心体贴，给人一种宾至如归的感觉。从入住前的贴心询问，到入住过程中的关怀备至，都让人印象深刻！

宾馆原是单位内部接待，才上的携程，设施老旧了些，淋浴间的地漏不顺畅，必须把防滑垫揭开才能流水，修理了依然积水。管理落后了些，想多要一瓶免费水是不可以的，必须给钱。
