预定三人间 结果客人去了以后发现是超级小房间， 跟描述的40平米根本不符！！问了以后才知根本不是3人间，而是临时加床， 加床就算了 被子还少一床，床还特别硬。次日结账离开 竟然说预定没有入住，要再次扣款，我再三跟客人确认已经入住 并提供了房间号才解冻信用卡绑定。真是管理混乱，对于这种没有诚信的酒店，不推荐！！！！！！！！！
