酒店装修味较重，前台员工面无表情，态度也不好。房间里没有热水，来维修的人既没有穿工作服，还问我要多热的水？最让人受不了的是，他身上的味，太重了。冰箱没有插电，保修卡还在冰箱。需要改进的地方太多了，看看早餐怎么样？但是，员工给我说去年9月开业的酒店，现在过了6个月了，还是这样，管理方要思考下了!
