这是第n次入住该酒店，由于楼层问题申请和前台换房，因满房未能换成，其后前台主动致电免费帮忙升级为家庭房。第二天大堂经理更是协调了餐券升级为三人早餐。另外临近假期结束，许多酒店都是价格浮动较大，每天不同。因为前台为我升级贴心服务，就没有更改订单。在此再次表示深深的感谢。下次入昆一定再次选择贵酒店。再此也提出小小建议：希望酒店能自动保存顾客电话讯息，以便再次入住时快速登记。

地处昆明市老城区核心地段，位置好，距离金马碧鸡、东寺塔、巡津新村、彩云里都可以步行前往。房间较为宽敞，设施有点老旧，但衞生保养的还可以，洗澡水特别大。交通方便，附近有地铁5号线，停车场超大，特别适合自驾。

安全感十足的老牌宾馆，附近是市中心的重要单位。虽然房间设施没有连锁酒店时尚便捷，但是非常乾净整洁！空间布局合理，进门左手边有一排储物柜、全身镜，右手边是衞生间。住在高层可欣赏城市景观，附近不是商业街，所以关上窗户就很安静。床头柜上方有开关控制窗帘，浴室玻璃外有手拉帘保护私隐。
