房间连热水都没有！洗澡都洗不了！商家不诚信，订房时订单上写得很清楚，有赠送礼包，离店时酒店不给了。艺龙协调了很久，酒店才不情不愿的给了。

本来预订的豪华大床房，结果来了后服务员说在后面的楼，现在已经很晚了，给你换成标间吧？在征得我同意后换了标间。本人凌晨两点多才到。
看说明有礼物，想送去（鲜花饼），结果说送没了。
总之第二次住了，感觉还凑合！

酒店服务真的很好，我是凌晨1点飞机到达，那么晚了还过来接我们，第二天下午三点的飞机，还特意又安排了给我们送机。酒店干净整洁，楼下就是个花园餐厅，还有儿童娱乐设施，还这么便宜，必须满满的五分
