１、位置偏，但价格并不便宜；虽然离进城立交近，但酒店环境太差；
２、客源复杂，有特色服务，不宜家庭成员住宿，尤其带有小孩时；
３、住客安全保障条件太差，深夜时分还仍显嘈杂吵闹。
