服务差，工作不严谨，不守承诺，没有诚信，给顾客带来诸多不便。二老去云南旅游，我留守在家带孩子不能陪同。由于飞机晚点，晚上6点不能到达酒店，为此，我特地打电话至前台说明，务必帮忙保留房间，晚上一定入住。一名男性服务员接电，并承诺一定保留。二老于晚上9点到店，被一名女性服务员告知房间被取消，不能入住，没有接到电话通知保留房间。二老一直与其沟通，让其核实情况，该名服务员不予配合，一直否认没有接到通知也不去主动询问其他服务员。僵持一小时无果，无奈之下，二老打电话回家，我告知是一名男性服务员接的电话。二老反馈给当时这名女服务员，她才打电话去询问核实，这才办理入住。本是想让二老开开心心去旅游，飞了那么久才到昆明，旅途很辛苦，到了酒店就想早早安置下来好好休息为第二天的行程做好准备，没想到遇上这种情况，让做儿女的心里很是郁闷。工作责任心太差了！
