房间毛巾烂烂的。而且卫生间地面到处是水。牙刷香皂梳子都没准备。让拿个枕头。脏的不能再脏了。

宾馆位置优越，离火车站，机场大巴都很近，宾馆处在繁华商区中，出宾馆就有许多饭馆。住的房间卫生间下水处理不好，冼个澡下水漏的很慢，宾馆开业三年多，给客人第一印象房间很旧，不干净的感觉，房间味道很不好，宾馆无线信号也不好，前台工作人员没有统一服装，感觉宾馆不太正规。前台人员态度还不错。

帮妈妈和她的朋友们预订的，对环境比较满意，地理位置也好，离火车站近，从昆明出发去周边游玩很方便。由于火车到的早，提前给办的入住，省了在火车站寄存行李，服务不错。但不巧的是当天晚上有停电，整个云南旅游就碰上这么一回。
