我是11日下午入住的，放好行李后准备下楼吃饭，我从28楼坐货梯旁边的那部电梯按了1楼，看着显示到1楼门一开两边都是安全出口像是地下室的感觉，我想会不会大堂在2楼，出来换了另一部电梯，按了2楼后一看电梯显示的是在6楼并且是在下行，电梯一停我就出去了，门牌是5开头的，我又换了最开始货梯旁边的那部电梯又按了1楼，这次才终于到大堂！服务员给我的解释是有人在负一楼按了电梯。大家想想吧，无论怎么解释我觉得电梯都是有问题的。

酒店是租用商品房的，只有两层，晚上空调坏了居然不许维修也不能换房，楼下非常吵，不建议入住。
