服务太差了！前台因为交接没做好，居然就把我们的房间卖给了别人。之前打电话跟酒店确认都说直接过去就好没问题，一下飞机打电话才知道房间没有了，搞得最后我们下了飞机没地方去，他们居然把我们安排到对面一个条件很差的酒店，而且酒店工作人员从头到尾态度都很不好，一点儿也没有诚恳道歉的意思。第二天虽然派车载我们去机场，可是车都坐不下，让我们只能先走一个人去办登机牌，早餐也很一般。最后没机会住，不知道房间怎么样，但是服务态度真的太差了，再好的房间配上这样的服务也没用，我们的旅游一路都很好，就最后在昆明转机的时候被这家酒店给毁了。

,云水酒店接机服务不错，由于太风航班晚点到深夜2点，接机师傅还准时等候，早上也准时叫醒，送我们去机场，转机推荐住，下次回来转机还住云水*

山卡拉地方，除了近机场，有接送服务这点比较好，其他没啥好的，酒店周边破烂不堪，打个的连路都不好找。餐饮不方便，周边环境实在对不起入住的价格。

实在是转机没办法 就住这里吧 还算干净 小镇上算好的 性价比不高 服务员估计是老板亲戚朋友 不专业 不热情 但是还算礼貌客气 就是到此一游 如果以后机场附近酒店成气候 估计这里生意会差 希望能进一步提高服务质量 争取回头客
