就是一垃圾酒店，网上预定的，身份证没带，给前台出示了社保卡，驾驶证，暂住证三个证件，酒店服务人员就一句公司规定只有身份证才能入住，不住就不住吧，想取消网上订单，但是却被告知酒店已确认，无法取消订单，霸王条款啊
