这家宾馆真的很不错，位置在市中心，宾馆里面还有星巴克，周边吃饭购物很方便。前台司国富非常热情，免费帮忙升级了房间。房间设施非常先进，智能马桶体验很好，雾化玻璃也不错。房间服务员杜艳态度认真，服务棒棒哒

昆山宾馆我是第二次来了，很不错！地处市中心，出行方便，附近商场，餐饮一应俱全。房间整洁明亮，卫生间有雾状窗帘，电动马桶盖，设备使用顺手。还有办公的写字台。服务员杜艳待人热情和蔼，服务到位，很满意，有入住如回家的感觉。下次来昆山我还会住昆山宾馆。給昆山宾馆打满意的5分。

每次去昆山都会选择昆山宾馆，各方面都很到位的一家酒店，前台服务热情，客房服务员服务周到，宾馆位置很好，离亭林公园很近，处商业主干道上，出行很方便。

酒店的各种设施绝对优势，而且进店之后都是非常温暖的问候。无论是前台还是服务人员，都是非常贴心热情。进房间整理的时候，不小心把自己剃须刀的润滑剂掉进床下。楼层服务邹琳马上帮忙解决问题，非常好的帮助。
