房间整体硬件还可以 但是房间内一直有股挥之不去的臭味…像宠物狗猫的那种臭味 找了很久应该是地毯的味道 空调温度不能自行调节 导致温度太热！最重要的一点连着两天遇到同一个女房客自助餐的不文明行为 酒店工作人员根本不管理。第一天这个女房客拿着筷子在一大锅红烧肉里把肉上的皮夹下来 我看到的时剥开翻去已经夹了三四块了 ，大家知道自助餐都是一大锅自取所需的 所以后来的人吃到的都是这个女房客精心加工过的 ，我看不过去提醒旁边的工作人员管下 人家笑笑说这个我们没办法 是素质问题！
第一天早饭更离谱…蒸笼上蒸着的馒头 此女用手去每个捏过 从下到上每个不放过…同样没有工作人员制止…要不是我一直看着她决不会停止。
总之这家酒店以后肯定不会再入住 同品牌的皇冠假日也不会考虑了，硬件重要 管理更重要！
