这里的管理及服务及配套简直一塌糊涂，端午节特别订行政套房，一进来空调就坏了，叫半天没人管，里面打掃人员及柜台人员好像是家庭式的，没經过正規训练，到酒店门口，也没行李人员出来接待，车子也不知道要停那里，住过好多五星酒店，这家连二星的服务品质都没有，大堂像外面的乡下餐厅，这是我住过最差劲的酒店，还不如住家里，太糟糕，真想不到，淀山湖畔还有这种酒店
