因為客戶介紹，每次出差昆山都住這裡。酒店大堂很大，房間還可以，不太滿意是餐飲方面。可能現在生意差了，他們的自助早餐做得不好。我也嘗試過他們的自助晚餐，可能是買1送1的關係，做得菜都不怎麼好，有待改進。

顺便提一下，该酒店在昆山新区，边上是政法系统，离市和城市公园很近，可以去散步。昆山商业区在老城区，出租车起步价比较便宜，只有6块钱。如果没有购物需要，建议可以不用去。新区环境相对来讲比老城区好，比较整洁幽静，餐馆很多。

还不错吧，环境很好。四楼有SPA、桑拿、水疗、游泳池、健身房等。一至三楼是各式餐厅。虽然楼高12层，但客房只有180间。中信的连锁饭店一般不会超过200间客房。服务，还不错啦，有家的感觉。价格有些高，但相对于五星级饭店来说，应该还可以接受啦。
