酒店房间的视野很好，正对亭林园。早餐还挺丰富的，味道也不错。楼下就是夜昆山夜市，但是因为和商场共用一个地下停车场，周末比较难停车，不过酒店的礼宾会帮忙找地面的停车位。入住期间房间空调出了点问题，当班经理Lukina Lv一直在帮忙处理，最后得到了很好的解决，服务很是周到。

第二次入住了，感受最深的就是服务真的好。从停车到入住，虽然有个小插曲，但都完美解决。后续的服务也很到位，点赞。值得一提的是自助餐东西很多，服务温馨周到，下次还会入住体验。
